The Westreich Scholarship Helps Educate At-risk Youth in San Diego.

Scholarships are available to Adolescent Book Groups graduates through the Words Alive Westreich Scholarship Fund.

The scholarship program is designed to assist students with college tuition and other related expenses. Our goal is encourage Adolescent Book Group participants to continue their education by providing alternative funding opportunities that would not ordinarily be available to them.

By leveling the educational playing field, we hope to break the cycle of poverty by providing our students with the opportunity for higher education. Working in collaboration with other programs, our goal is to provide our students with the entire education package—thus building confidence, self-esteem and to help students discover their educational potential.
